How to turn explicit songs clean
- 1
Paste the explicit songs
One per line as Artist - Title, a YouTube playlist or video link, a playlist file, or a screenshot.
- 2
We find the clean version
Each song is searched on YouTube for an upload labelled clean or radio edit that names the same song and artist.
- 3
Play the clean playlist
Open them all as one YouTube playlist. Songs with no clean upload are listed, never swapped for the explicit one.
Why not just convert the explicit song?
A converter that mutes, bleeps or reverses the swear words can only work on the finished mix. The vocal and the beat are baked together, so cutting a word cuts the music under it too — you hear a gap, a bleep, or the echo of the word still ringing in the reverb.
The clean version the label released was made from the original recording, with the words re-sung, replaced or removed before the mix. It sounds like the song should. For most popular tracks it's already on YouTube — the hard part is finding it for every song on your list, which is what Bleeplist does.
DJs prepping a school dance, teachers building a class playlist, and parents planning a party can start from a ready-made clean playlist or export a crate from their DJ software.
